A paper discussing the clinical results of the use of “ClearStay®,” an anti-fogging agent for endoscopes made from our MPC polymer (MPCoat®), has been published by a group at Tokyo Metropolitan Hiroo Hospital.

Compared to competing products, the paper has been shown to be particularly effective during endoscopic submucosal dissection of the upper stomach and right colon. These areas contain a large amount of submucosal fat, which is thought to be prone to generating oily smoke when using an electric scalpel.

他社競合品に比較して、特に胃上部および右結腸の内視鏡的粘膜下層剥離術において、より有用であることが示されています。当該部位には粘膜下脂肪が多く、電気メス使用で油煙が発生しやすいと考えられます。
